Skills Required:
1. More than 2 years working experience in SAP support environment
2. Able to understand how SAP ABAP works at a basic level
3. Able to understand issues articulated by Business and correlate them with SAP
4. Able to communicate SAP issues to the offshore team
5. Knowledge of working in tools like ServiceNow
6. Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) processes
7. Track all topics to closure
