Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for team development such as hiring, supervise, mentor, and train employees reporting to you & resource coordination to ensure an outstanding level of customer service
2.Managing more than 10 engineers across different APAC countries
3.Provides the technical oversight and leadership necessary to accomplish work
4.Develop work plan and priorities for their area, based on objectives received
5.Develop portfolio roadmaps to convey the current and future state vision and status of their portfolios
6.Resolve technical and business issues and escalate to the managers as needed
