Job Description:

1. Requirements gathering, requirements analysis, for localizing/tailoring a core banking package, for a digital bank
2. Fit/gap analysis between requirements and package
3. In later phases, work may be extended to cover Specifications document creation, solution document reviews, test planning, etc., up through go-live.
4. Job may cover non-functional requirements
5. Job may cover screen layout and confirming fit/gap of customer experience design

Skills Required:

1. Experience on IT project execution at Japanese megabank (either as an employee or as a consultant) is mandatory
2. Native-level Japanese is a must.
3. Business-level English is preferred
4. Strong understanding of core banking and/or digital banking mandatory
5. Experience as Business Analyst on requirements analysis is mandatory
6. Experience as Business Analyst on banking package implementation is preferred
