Opportunity for Desktop Support Engineers in Hong Kong (Permanent Position)

Work Location: Hong Kong

Salary: HK$20,000 to HK$25,000

Language skills:
Native level speaker in Cantonese (Mandatory) and business level English. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage

Required Skills and Experience

– Around 3 years of experience or more in IT desktop support experience
– Familiar with MS Windows and Office365 suite
– Highly motivated with a positive mindset
– Technical problem-solving skills and also good communication, interpersonal skills
– Customer-oriented attitudes
– Video conferencing support experience

Responsibilities:

– Windows 7, 10 and MS office 365 trouble-shooting
– Mobile device setup and support
– Guide users with step by step clear instructions
– Working closely via SNOW system for new IT tickets/requests
– Manage inventory with various brands and models of devices in HK and also Asia offices
– Meetings, special events, and video conference setup and trouble-shooting
– Install/configure patches and IT applications
